Matt Speciale is a sports nutritionist based out of Toronto that has been

in the industry for​ over 5 years and has worked with over 400 clients

from cage fighters, kickboxers, baseball players and general population

clients looking to get healthy. As a professional fighter himself he uses

the same nutritional protocols that he teaches to his clients to ensure a 

good healthy balance of enjoyable foods but also achieving their health

goals. One of his main goals is to eliminate the stigma that healthy eating 

is boring and not sustainable long term and so far its been working.
